Production Team Lead Multiple Shifts Available | Food Manufacturing | Leadership Opportunity We're partnering with a growing food manufacturing organization seeking a hands-on Production Team Lead to help drive daily operations and support production teams on the floor. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has experience in manufacturing or food production and is ready to take the next step into leadership. What You'll Do Lead and support a team of production associates in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Assign tasks, monitor workflow, and ensure production targets are met Maintain high standards for safety, quality, and food handling procedures Assist with troubleshooting operational issues and resolving production bottlenecks Train, coach, and mentor team members Promote accountability, teamwork, and a positive work environment Partner with leadership to improve efficiency and productivity What We're Looking For Previous experience in food manufacturing, production, warehouse, or cold storage environments Experience as a Team Lead, Line Lead, Production Lead, or similar leadership role preferred Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment Comfortable leading by example and supporting team performance Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay ranging from $21-$29 per hour based on experience Full-time employment Opportunities for advancement into
