6pm-6am Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, alternating Saturday's Required Skills & Experience High-school diploma or GED Technological background Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel Nice to Have Skills & Experience Semiconductor industry experience Job Description Insight Global's large semiconductor client is looking for detail-oriented and self-managed Process Operators to join the Optical Systems Division in Breinigsville, PA. This person will support semiconductor fabrication in a cleanroom environment. This role involves operating manual and computer-controlled equipment for photolithography, etching, substrate cleaning, and metrology processes. The ideal candidate has a technical background and strong observational skills. Responsibilities include meeting daily production goals, maintaining a safe and clean workspace, and identifying quality issues. Candidates should be comfortable working independently, multitasking, and collaborating with team members. Prior cleanroom experience is preferred. Operate manual and automated semiconductor production equipment, including systems used for photolithography, etching, substrate cleaning, and metrology. Monitor equipment performance and follow strict operating procedures to ensure consistent product quality. Identify, document, and escalate quality or process issues as needed. Achieve daily and weekly production targets while maintaining precision and accuracy. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace in compliance with cleanroom and EHS standards. Perform basic equipment upkeep and report maintenance needs. Follow written and verbal instructions, production schedules, and process documentation. Communicate effectively with team members and support collaborative problem?solving. Multitask and manage workloads independently while meeting deadlines.
Pay Rate:
Up to $29/hour. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
