Graphic Designer + Production Specialist (DTF Printing & Apparel)

Position Overview This is a hybrid role combining graphic design and hands-on production . You will be responsible for creating and preparing designs using Adobe software, as well as assisting in the production process using our DTF (Direct-to-Film) printing system and heat press. Key Responsibilities Graphic Design Create and edit apparel designs using Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop Prepare print-ready artwork (sizing, color separation, file setup) Build and organize gang sheets for DTF printing Collaborate on new design concepts and product ideas Production (DTF Printing & Heat Press) Operate and manage DTF printer (training provided) Load films, manage ink, and monitor print quality Run heat press to apply transfers to garments Inspect finished products for quality control General Production Support Organize jobs and workflow for efficiency Assist with garment prep and order fulfillment as needed Maintain a clean and organized production area Required Qualifications Strong proficiency in: Adobe Illustrator Adobe Photoshop Experience creating print-ready designs Strong attention to detail and organization Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines Willingness to learn and operate production equipment Preferred (But Not Required) Experience with DTF printing or screen printing Experience in apparel or merchandise design Familiarity with gang sheet layout and print workflows Experience working in a fast-paced production environment What We're Looking For A doer — not just a designer, but someone who executes Someone who takes ownership of their work Creative, but also process-driven Comfortable switching between computer work and hands-on production Compensation Competitive hourly pay or salary (based on experience) Opportunity for growth within the company How to Apply Please submit: Resume Portfolio (REQUIRED - applications without a portfolio will not be considered) Brief note on your experience with Illustrator/Photoshop and any production work
