We are looking for a highly skilled Pattern Maker and Sample Maker to join our team on a per-project contract basis. About the Role This is a freelance/contract position with flexible working arrangements. You are welcome to work from your own studio or use our Los Angeles studio space — whatever works best for you. Compensation is discussed upon contact and is commensurate with experience. What We're Looking For 8+ years of hands-on experience constructing evening gowns and wedding dresses Strong pattern making skills — draping, flat pattern, or both Ability to work with delicate and luxury fabrics (silk, chiffon, lace, tulle, beading, etc.) Exceptional attention to detail and a high standard of craftsmanship Ability to take direction from a designer and execute a vision with precision Self-sufficient and able to work independently Requirements Minimum 8 years experience in evening or bridal garment construction Portfolio or photos of previous work required Based in or around Los Angeles Fluency in English is not required — we welcome applicants of all backgrounds and languages This Role Is a
