Our enterprise apparel client is looking for a Print & Pattern Designer to work a 6-month assignment (40 hrs/week). Candidates must be able to work onsite in Beaverton 4 days/week with the option to work from home on Fridays. Summary The Print & Pattern Designer creates original, playful, trend-right designs for Kids apparel across multiple age groups. This role requires strong color and pattern skills, attention to detail, and an understanding of how graphics support movement, play, and durability in sport and lifestyle products. Key Responsibilities- Design original prints and patterns for Kids apparel
- Research trends, color, culture, and kid-specific insights
- Translate seasonal concepts into production-ready artwork
- Create pattern repeats, separations, and colorways using Adobe tools
- Manage multiple projects across seasons and categories
- Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback Collaboration
- Partner with Kids product development to align with brand vision and performance needs
- Work cross-functionally with design, color, development, and brand teams Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Design or related field, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of print and pattern design experience in apparel or related industries
- Advanced skills in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator Strong portfolio of print and pattern work Excellent organization, communication, and collaboration skills In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data.
