We are looking for a motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented Product Technician to join our production team. What You'll Do As a Product Technician, you will support daily print production and fulfillment operations while helping ensure quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction throughout the production process.
Responsibilities include:
Operate and support digital print production equipment and finishing machinery Assist with print setup, file preparation, and production workflows Perform binding, laminating, cutting, packaging, mounting, and finishing services Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet customer specifications and production standards Coordinate order fulfillment, shipping, and delivery preparation Support inventory organization and material management Maintain organized and clean production and workspace areas Communicate proactively with team members regarding production timelines and priorities Assist with troubleshooting production issues and helping keep jobs on schedule Support customer service interactions and production-related inquiries as needed What We're Looking For 4+ years of experience in print production, promotional products, manufacturing, fulfillment, or production operations Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced production environment Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively Strong organizational and communication skills Reliable, dependable, and proactive mindset Demonstrated ability and comfort with learning production software and systems Preferred Qualifications Experience with digital printing, large format printing, bindery, or finishing equipment Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite or pre-press workflows Experience with shipping, fulfillment, or inventory coordination Exposure to production scheduling or workflow systems Prior experience in printing, apparel, promotional products, or related industries Work Environment & Schedule This is a full-time, on-site position based in Topeka, Kansas. Regular operating hours are:
Monday•Friday 8:00 AM•4:30 PM Some schedule flexibility may be required based on production demands and customer deadlines. Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship Compensation & Benefits Pay Range:
$42,000•50,000 per year Expected Hours:
