Full Job Description Overview:
•Must be in commutable distance of Nashville, TN•Responsible for managing production graphic art requests from internal customers, as assigned by the Production Graphics Manager.
Responsibilities:
Format multiple production graphic assets to support different business units; Adhere to the work instructions, training, guides, and other resources provided; Execute a variety of production graphic requests in a timely and professional manner; Adhere to project due dates and turnround times per the workflow process; Adhere to email etiquette templates when corresponding with the CSR; Adhere to the work instructions for saving production artwork; Adhere to the various brand guides (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover, or ATM) Complete assigned project from start to finish, which may include color corrections, revisions, fixing production issues, custom design work, etc Maintain the Production Assignment Sheet/Lytho software in real time; Information must be accurate and up to date at all times ; Fill out NOTES for visibility and tracking purposes; Maintain a focused and efficient creative workflow, using best practices and meeting all deadlines; Collaborate productively with project team members as well as with other teams and colleagues, as needed; may be a backup when other team members are out of office; Promote a positive and healthy working environment; Ability to come onsite as business needs arise; Other responsibilities as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field preferred; Previous technical troubleshooting hardware and software required; related experience may be a substitute for education; Minimum 2 years in a production graphics support role. Role is 90% technical graphics and 10% creative graphics. Portfolio preferred. Must be proficient in the creation of vector-based images or raster images. Must be proficient in reformatting client arts to specific printer specs. Must be proficient in file management. Must be proficient in printing and/or pre-press and managing color profiles. Create production proofs and art based on client's specifications, work within templates and/or create new templates. Proficient on MAC and PC Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, to include: Illustrator Photoshop InDesign Acrobat Pr Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Knowledge of cloud storage applications (Box.com or Dropbox.com) Strong analytical and technical problem-solving skills to identify and resolve unique problems. Strong attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as strong interpersonal skills; Ability to multi-task with minimal supervision Ability to handle pressure of multiple deadlines while maintaining composure and professionalism.
