Position Summary:
- The Production Lead is a valuable part of our team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- + Proactively monitor and measure production output and quality metrics daily by ensuring the production schedule is followed and all the required documentation (KPI sheets, work orders, operator check sheets, weight control sheets and quality control documents) are completed accurately and on time.
- Education and Experience Required
- :•+ High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
Preferred Education, Experience, and Skills:
- + Previous JDE ERP experience preferred. + Good computer usage skills, including proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). + Effective written and verbal communication skills. + High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Physical Requirements:
- Qualified candidates must be able to perform the following physical job requirements, with or without reasonable accommodation: + Must be able to regularly move and or lift up to 50lbs.
