Production Worker - 3rd Shift

Shift:

M 12:30 AM - 6:30 AM & M-TH 10:15 PM - 6:30 AM _________________________________________________________________________________________ Job Summary (varies by department): Assemble parts in specified relationship to shop orders Work at various work stations as production needs require Package vinyl/aluminum gates and fence sections according to orders Clean work area, machines, tools, and equipment Perform other routine duties as needed

Employees are eligible for a raise after 60 days and again after 6 months of employment pending performance reviews. Weekly Production Bonus eligibility begins after 90 days of employment ($50 minimum per week) for qualified positions (eligibility determined by performance & attendance).

After 3 years of employment, DSI pays for 90% of an employee's health insurance premium. Employees can take out Dental &/or Vision insurance but decline medical coverage. 401(k) plan available after 1 year of employment with DSI matching 25% of employee contributions up to 6% (1.5% DSI match) Employees are paid for 6 major holidays effective day 1 of employment.
