This position assists with the production, preparation, and finishing of materials in a trim shop environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, able to work in a fast-paced setting, and willing to learn various shop duties. Responsibilities Assist trim shop operators with daily production tasks Measure, cut, trim, and prepare materials according to specifications Load and unload materials and finished products Operate basic hand tools and shop equipment safely Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area Inspect materials for quality and report defects or issues Support team members with general labor duties as needed Follow all company safety policies and procedures Qualifications Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or shop experience preferred Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly Comfortable standing, bending, and working in a production environment for extended periods Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to work independently and as part of a team Schedule Full-time position Overtime may be available depending on production needs Benefits Health insurance options Weekly pay available depending on employer policies Our Commitment to
