Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a motivated helper to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various layout techniques and fabrication processes, with a strong understanding of safety standards and quality control. This role involves working with metal components to create and assemble structures or products according to specifications. You must be able to travel for this position. We travel across southern Georgia and all over Florida for work. Duties Utilize power tools to fabricate metal components. Ability to use a tape measure and refer to prints as well as technical drawings to ensure accurate fabrication and assembly. Adhere to industry codes and standards for welding practices. Must be able to show up to work on time Must be willing to travel Must have transportation and a clean driving record Work with steel to build structures or components as outlined in project specifications. Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following all safety protocols. Qualifications Familiarity with power tools, plasma cutting equipment, and structural steel. Ability to read prints and technical drawings accurately. Strong basic math skills for measurements and calculations. Knowledge of industry codes and standards related to welding practices. Attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
