Production Associate Cranston, RI Are you ready to be a vital part of a dynamic production team? Our client is seeking a dedicated Production Associate to support their manufacturing operations. Join our client's team and contribute to achieving production goals in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities of the Production Associate Operate production equipment and machinery safely Assemble, package, label, and inspect products according to company standards Load and unload materials from production lines Monitor products for quality and report any defects or issues Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all safety procedures and company policies Meet daily production goals and deadlines Assist team members and supervisors as needed Complete basic production paperwork and documentation Requirements of the Production Associate Previous production or manufacturing experience preferred Ability to stand for long periods of time Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed Strong attention to detail and quality Good attendance and reliability Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Team player with a positive attitude Compensation/Benefits for the Production Associate Pay Rate $16.00 Masis Staffing is committed to providing a workplace free of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation.
