Supply Chain & Production Specialist

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain & Production Specialist to join our team and help drive operational excellence across our supply chain and manufacturing operations. This role is ideal for a detail‑oriented professional with strong analytical skills and a proven background in production planning, procurement, and inventory management. Responsibilities Supply Chain & Procurement

• Manage supply chain activities including purchasing, logistics, and vendor management
• Maintain strong supplier relationships to support cost, quality, and delivery goals
• Analyze supply chain data to identify risks and improve efficiency Production Planning & Scheduling
• Develop, maintain, and adjust production schedules based on forecasts and operational needs
• Coordinate daily with manufacturing and sales teams
• Track production progress and implement schedule changes when needed
• Resolve issues related to material availability or capacity constraints Inventory & Materials Management
• Maintain optimal inventory levels to support production while minimizing waste
• Manage material planning (MRP) and monitor stock levels
• Conduct cycle counts and implement inventory control best practices
• Identify opportunities to reduce waste and improve material flow Process Improvement
• Identify and implement process improvements in supply chain and production
• Support ERP/MRP enhancements and ensure data accuracy Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Operations, Business, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain, production planning, or manufacturing operations
• Strong experience with ERP/MRP systems (Fishbowl or similar)
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and thrives in a small business environment Key Skills

Pay:

From $75,000.00 per year
