This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop hands-on skills, work with advanced tools and machinery, and contribute to efficient production processes. We are seeking motivated individuals who thrive in collaborative settings and are eager to learn and grow within the manufacturing industry. As a Production Associate, you will play a key role in supporting assembly lines, operating equipment, and maintaining safety standards to ensure smooth daily operations. Responsibilities Operate forklifts and power tools safely to transport materials and assist with assembly tasks within the manufacturing facility Support the assembly line by assembling components using hand tools and mechanical knowledge, ensuring quality standards are met Conduct routine inspections of equipment and materials to identify potential issues or defects Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse and production areas to promote safety and efficiency Assist with loading, unloading, and staging raw materials and finished products in the warehouse environment Follow safety protocols diligently, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to manufacturing procedures Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets while maintaining high-quality standards Document production activities accurately, including inventory movements and process logs Skills Proven experience working in a factory or manufacturing facility, with familiarity in assembly line operations Mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate hand tools, power tools, forklifts, and other equipment safely Warehouse experience is preferred, including handling materials with forklifts or other lifting equipment Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and safety procedures within a factory setting Ability to follow detailed instructions precisely while maintaining attention to quality control standards Good physical stamina for standing, lifting, bending, and moving throughout shifts Effective communication skills for teamwork and safety reporting Basic knowledge of inventory management systems or documentation practices is a plus This position is an excellent entry point for individuals passionate about manufacturing who want to develop their technical skills while contributing to a productive team environment.
