This role ensures products meet established quality standards while maintaining accurate documentation and inventory control. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Perform all aspects of barrel process inspection in accordance with documented work instructions and quality requirements. Inspect products to established workmanship and quality standards, identifying acceptable and non-acceptable conditions. Determine appropriate product sampling methods based on inspection guidelines. Accurately document inspection results and report findings as required. Set up and operate scales to ensure accurate piece counts per scale instructions. Package and label barrels, ensuring correct counts, labeling, and documentation. Generate labels using the computer labeling system as needed. Identify, segregate, and tag suspect or non-conforming product for review and disposition. Maintain a clean and organized work area and follow all safety requirements. Perform additional duties as assigned to support production and quality objectives. Education & Experience Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred but not required. Basic math skills required. Ability to read, write, and speak English. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented manufacturing environment. Prior quality assurance or inspection experience in a manufacturing environment. Familiarity with basic measuring and inspection equipment. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written procedures.
Pay Details:
