Production Associate Job Description As a Production Associate, you will play a vital role in maintaining and supporting the soldermask process tanks and equipment. You will be responsible for adding materials and chemicals according to clear instructions and training. Monitoring levels, temperatures, and the condition of solutions will be part of your daily routine. You will also document readings and results, ensuring your work area remains clean, organized, and safe. Safety protocols must be followed diligently, and any irregularities should be reported to a supervisor. Your focused and consistent support will be essential to the production team. Responsibilities Maintain and support soldermask process tanks and equipment. Add materials and chemicals following clear instructions and training. Monitor levels, temperatures, and conditions of solutions. Document readings and results accurately. Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe. Adhere to safety rules and wear required protective equipment. Report any irregularities to a supervisor. Provide consistent support to the production team. Essential Skills Ability to stay focused on repetitive tasks without distractions. Attention to detail and ability to notice discrepancies. Dependability in showing up on time and completing tasks consistently. Willingness to learn, ask questions, and improve over time. Comfort with repetitive work and maintaining steady performance. Basic safety awareness and adherence to safety protocols. Pride in maintaining a clean and organized work area. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in manufacturing environments. Be prepared for a strong odor typical of a chemical company. The work hours are from 6 am to 2:30 pm, with potential for overtime. The role requires standing for extended periods and limited cell phone use on the production floor. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Woonsocket, RI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
