Pay:

$28-$33/hr

DOE OT:

10-15 hrs/week average + large annual production bonuses

Location:

North Charleston, SC & surrounding areas

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 7:00am-5:00pm (paid through lunch) Saturdays optional Full-time, permanent, year-round work Can you scratch your head with the bucket of an excavator? Can you fine grade with a dozer? If so — we want to talk to you. If you have experience fine grading, laying storm drain, reading blueprints, and producing work safely and efficiently , we're hiring for one of the top civil site work contractors in the Southeast . This role is ideal for a strong Fine Grade Operator or Working Foreman who can lead by example, manage production, and help a pipe crew complete projects on time and on grade . What You'll Do Fine grade using Dozer and Excavator (Track Hoe) Lay storm drain, water, and sewer with an excavator Read and interpret blueprints, grade stakes, and site plans Perform grading math and shoot grades accurately Lead and manage a pipe crew to meet production goals Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to spec Work with or without GPS (GPS experience preferred, not required) Must-Have Skills Proven experience fine grading with a dozer and/or excavator Strong understanding of grade, slope, and elevations Ability to shoot grades and calculate cuts/fills Experience with storm drain, water, and sewer installation Blueprint reading and plan interpretation Familiar with GPS systems but capable without them Valid driver's license (required for Foreman/Superintendent track) Why Choose Us?
