Job Description:
Key Responsibilities Follow SOPs, safety standards, and cGMP requirements while performing daily manufacturing activities Support production processes and manufacturing operations in accordance with approved procedures Operate manufacturing and material-handling equipment as directed Complete all required training assignments in a timely manner Accurately document production activities in real time using controlled documentation practices Perform routine in-process checks including weight verification, component counts, and basic calculations Clean production rooms, tools, and equipment according to established procedures Assist other operational or manufacturing areas as needed Support occasional overtime or weekend coverage based on production demands Perform additional duties as assigned Areas of Manufacturing Support Equipment setup and sterilization preparation Compounding and formulation activities Aseptic processing and filling operations Packaging support including capping and related activities Qualifications High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred Fill Finish experience required Minimum of 1 year of experience in a GMP-regulated manufacturing environment Prior pharmaceutical, biotech, or regulated manufacturing experience preferred Ability to follow detailed procedures and maintain accurate documentation Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a team environment
