Since launching over two decades ago, we have established multiple sales channels including our DTC websites and third-party marketplaces. We're passionate about creating an inspiring and engaging shopping experience for our customers, bringing their home decor dreams to life with stunning, on-trend pieces. We are seeking a new member to add to our Creative Team. Are you ready to be a part of something amazing? Role Overview We are seeking a highly organized, hands-on Production Assistant to support the Creative Team with planning, logistics, and on-set organization for photo shoots, video shoots, and other creative needs. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, resourceful, and comfortable rolling up their sleeves to make great content happen. Responsibilities Pre-Production Coordinate shoot logistics including location scouting, prop procurement, furniture assembly, and team scheduling Communicate with external partners such as modeling agencies, property owners, and vendors Run errands as needed (prop and equipment pickups, décor returns, etc.) Maintain detailed records of production documents, invoices, orders, receipts, returns, and vendor communications Assist in preparing and organizing equipment, props, and furniture for shoots, including lighting plans and grip needs Ensure sets are fully prepared prior to shoot day with décor steamed, styled, and aligned to creative direction On-Set Production Support the Production Team during shoots with setup of décor, lighting, and camera equipment Maintain organization and cleanliness on set (steaming soft goods, breaking down boxes, managing trash, re-packing décor, etc.) Manage shoot-day flow by tracking shot lists and keeping the team on schedule Post-Production Maintain organization of studio and prop storage, including inventory of camera, lighting, and grip equipment Ensure timely returns of décor items and removal of product samples Offload and cull mobile video content, uploading final assets into DAM according to naming conventions and deadlines Requirements Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills with confidence interacting with external partners Comfortable with physical tasks including lifting, moving, and assembling furniture and equipment, as well as long shoot days Ability to work cross-functionally in a team environment Positive, flexible attitude with a willingness to jump in wherever needed Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Excel) Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Preferred Qualifications Experience on set in production, photography, or videography, ideally within interior or lifestyle content Hands-on experience with lighting and grip equipment Familiarity with light modifiers, diffusion materials, and grip hardware (c-stands, arms, clamps, flags, reflectors) Understanding of natural and artificial lighting workflows for interiors Knowledge of color temperature, exposure basics, and lighting techniques that support creative direction Basic understanding of studio workflows or set operations Experience with a Digital Asset Management (DAM) system Interest in home décor, design, or visual storytelling Benefits Competitive salary based on experience Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Generous PTO and paid holidays Employee discounts across our family of brands Opportunity to grow within a fast-paced, collaborative environment Work Location Based at our Daniel Island, SC headquarters On-site role with regular time spent in studio and on set
