Role Overview As a Production Specialist , you'll support manufacturing operations through accurate paint mixing, tinting, filling, and order preparation. Success in this role requires attention to detail, reliability, and strong teamwork. Key Responsibilities Mixing Department Mix pigments with solvents and water Operate and maintain mixing equipment, scales, and related tools Filling Department Fill paint gallons and label finished products Perform visual quality inspections General Responsibilities Follow SAP and internal systems for production tracking Maintain compliance with all safety, quality, and environmental regulations Keep work area clean and organized following 5S principles Report deviations, hazards, or improvement opportunities Requirements High school diploma or GED Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for 8-hour shifts Comfortable working around fumes and chemicals (respirator fit test required) Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions Excellent communication and teamwork skills SAP experience is a plus Must pass 5-panel drug screen Candidates who often excel come from: Food & Beverage manufacturing Charles River Laboratories Thorne Values motivated, ambitious individuals with strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
