Role:

Crisp is looking for a dependable and dedicated skilled installer who is capable of learning new systems and trades and implementing them alongside our team to execute events at the highest level.

Responsibilities:

Assist Operations and Warehouse Manager in supervising staff and assume duties and responsibilities for all operations when managers are absent. Leads and supervise installation crews to deliver and install special events. Specialize in the install and execution of the largest high-profile events. Operate company vehicles up to a 26' box truck transporting equipment. Responsible for ensuring event rental equipment is carefully packed on trucks, delivered, installed, and broken down and returned safely and correctly. Installation of various size event tents and event furnishings in both indoor and outdoor events including but not limited to event furniture, staging, dance floors, kitchen equipment, lighting, and draping. Communicate with clients and team members in a professional manner. Preparation for daily activities both in the warehouse and on-site. Ensure items are accounted for during delivery and pick-ups. Optimize and maintain standard operational processes and procedures. Maintain a working knowledge of the complex needs of a wide variety of events. Provide and maintain equipment in good and safe working conditions to provide team members a safe and productive working environment.

Candidate Requirements:

Two (2) years of operational management and leadership experience. Event Industry experience. Large delivery truck driving experience (26' box truck) Valid driver's license and driving record that meets company/insurance standards. Open availability to meet the needs of the business. Exceptional people-skills and leadership ability. Confident and effective decision-making. Consistent organization, time management and prioritization skills. Strong written/verbal communication skills. Ability to self-direct and work independently
