Duncan, SC Full Job Description We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Production Operator to join our team on 2nd shift. This role works closely with the Production Lead to support daily manufacturing operations, ensure product quality, and meet customer delivery deadlines. Responsibilities Follow all company policies and procedures Perform daily production tasks to meet output goals and deadlines Ensure products meet quality standards and specifications Maintain a strong focus on workplace safety and compliance Communicate effectively with the Production Lead and team members Support a positive and team-oriented work environment Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area (5S/housekeeping) Qualifications Ability to obtain a U.S. Secret Security Clearance (required) Minimum of 2 years of experience in manufacturing, production, or quality processes Experience with waterjet cutting, laser cutting, or fabrication operations preferred Ability to use measuring tools such as tape measures and calipers Comfortable using hand tools and basic shop equipment Strong communication and teamwork skills Experience working in or with the defense or military industry is a plus Apply Today If you're a motivated individual with manufacturing experience and a strong attention to detail, we encourage you to apply and join our growing team.
