Responsibilities:
Packing & Stacking:
Inspect products (spices, coffee, or bakery items) for quality as they come off the line and place them on pallets according to diagrams.
Assembly Line Support:
Support routine production line upkeep to ensure continuous operation, clean-up, and manual tasks such as loading toppings or inserting liners.
Equipment Operation:
Safely operate manual pallet jacks (training provided) and use computer systems to track inventory and production schedules.
Quality Control:
Identify packaging defects (e.g., leaky seals, discolored film, or illegible code dates). ...

High School Experience:

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for the duration of a shift.
- Must provide your own steel-toed shoes (other PPE like hearing and eye protection provided).
- Must pass a drug screen and comprehensive background check.
- Willingness to rotate between different production lines and departments as needed.
- To maintain food safety (GMP), associates must adhere to a captive footwear policy (changing into safety shoes on-site) and may not wear jewelry, fake nails/eyelashes, or hooded clothing on the production floor.
