Start Time:
4:30 AM $25.00/hour ✅ Temp-to-Hire (Full Benefits After 90 Days) Now Hiring - Immediate Opening We're looking for a reliable Production Associate / Batch Mixer to join a growing food manufacturing team. This is a hands-on role where you'll prepare and mix ingredients to produce high-quality baked goods. Why This Job is Worth It Steady weekday schedule (early start, done earlier in the day) Overtime available Opportunity to go permanent in 90 days Full benefits after hire (health, dental, PTO, 401k) What You'll Be Doing Measure and mix ingredients following recipes Operate mixing equipment and monitor quality Add ingredients in the correct order and timing Work closely with production to keep lines running Keep work area clean and follow food safety standards What You Need 1+ year of mixing any products, food production, or similar experience Ability to lift up to 75 lbs Comfortable with basic math (measuring ingredients) Reliable and able to work early morning shifts Nice to Have (Preferred) Scaling or batching experience Baking, food production, or chemical mixing background Schedule Details Monday-Friday Start time: 4:30 AM (finish when production is complete) Overtime and occasional weekends Requirements Must follow food safety guidelines (GMP) Basic math/aptitude test required
