In this vital role, you will be an essential part of the production process, ensuring that products are assembled efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards. Whether working on assembly lines, operating power tools, or managing warehouse tasks, you'll contribute to creating top-quality products in a fast-paced facility dedicated to excellence. Responsibilities Operate and maintain various hand tools and power tools to assemble components accurately and efficiently Assist with the setup and operation of machinery on the assembly line to meet production targets Use forklifts and other warehouse equipment to move raw materials and finished products safely within the manufacturing facility Conduct quality checks throughout the manufacturing process to ensure product standards are met Support inventory management by organizing materials and supplies in the warehouse area Follow safety protocols diligently, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to safety guidelines Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot mechanical issues and improve workflow processes Requirements Previous factory or manufacturing facility experience is highly preferred Mechanical knowledge or background in assembly work is a plus Experience operating forklifts, hand tools, and power tools is desirable Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and safety procedures in a factory environment Ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects, and perform physically demanding tasks Warehouse experience is beneficial but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward safety and quality standards This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills within a vibrant manufacturing environment.
