As we continue to scale across ecommerce and retail channels, accurate and efficient receiving is critical to protecting margin, velocity, and customer trust. Role Overview Join TekReplay as an Operations Associate and play a hands-on role in refurbishing and shipping consumer electronics. This is a fast-paced, team-oriented position where you'll work across multiple areas of the operation and gain valuable experience with opportunities for growth. No prior experience is required—training is provided. We're looking for reliable, motivated individuals who take ownership of their work and want to grow in an operations environment. Key Responsibilities

• Clean, sanitize, and prepare devices for resale
• Assist with polishing and cosmetic improvement processes
• Remove residue, adhesives, and cosmetic buildup
• Apply labels, barcodes, and product information accurately
• Package devices for shipment and assist with order fulfillment
• Help receive, unbox, and organize incoming inventory
• Stage and route devices into the correct workflow
• Support multiple departments (Processing, Receiving, Shipping) as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace
• Identify and communicate issues that may impact workflow Qualifications & Skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain quality standards
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, production or warehouse environment
• Comfortable handling small electronics and performing repetitive tasks
• Strong sense of ownership; takes initiative and maintains an organized workspace without being asked
• Ability to make sound decisions within established processes and escalate issues when needed
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities No prior experience required—training provided.

Physical & Work Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods required Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed Willingness to work extended hours or overtime during peak periods (for full-time roles) Comfortable working in a warehouse and production environment Day shift (hours may vary based on business need)
