Job Description
Job Overview New Life Chemical is seeking a dependable and hardworking Production Associate to join our Powder Department. This position is responsible for handling powdered materials, operating production equipment, and packaging finished products according to established specifications and quality standards. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a warehouse or manufacturing environment and be comfortable performing physically demanding work in a fast-paced production setting. About Us We are a growing chemical manufacturing company based in Greenville, SC, committed to delivering high-quality products safely and efficiently. We're looking for a hands-on Chemical Facilities Manager to lead maintenance, repairs, and plant reliability while partnering closely with EH&S to uphold the highest compliance and safety standards. Key Responsibilities Fill large kettles with powdered raw materials according to batch sheets. Cut and add materials into the kettle following detailed production instructions. Transfer finished powder products into bags and supersacks at the correct weights. Verify lot numbers and ensure accurate material identification. Follow standard operating procedures to maintain efficiency, quality, and safety. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Assist with other production duties as needed. Physical Requirements Ability to stand for the entire shift. Ability to regularly lift and handle 50-pound bags. Ability to work safely with powdered materials in an industrial environment. Strong attention to detail and accuracy Qualifications•
Required:
Experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment. Ability to read and follow batch sheets and written procedures. Basic math and weighing skills. Strong work ethic and reliability.Preferred:
Forklift experience.Compensation & Benefits Pay Range:
