Production Worker

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Production Worker to join our manufacturing team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing the scrap recycling program and operating scrap processing equipment. Your proactive approach will help maintain accurate scrap levels and support overall production processes. Responsibilities Operate various types of heavy equipment including plastic granulator, bandsaw, and pallet jacks to load, unload, and move materials safely and efficiently. Support manufacturing-related activities by transporting scrap materials as needed. Operate machinery with mechanical knowledge to ensure safe operation during scrap loading procedures while adhering to safety protocols. Requirements Manufacturing/warehouse experience is highly preferred but not required. Valid certification for forklift operation is highly preferred but not required. Ability to perform heavy lifting regularly and handle materials safely using pallet jacks or other mechanical tools. Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and best practices for warehouse safety.
