Die Cutter Operator 1st
Shift:
8:00am - 4:00pm (Monday thru Friday) •OT when required
Pay:

As a Die Cutter Operator at Southeastern Paperboard, Inc., you will be responsible for the following: Set up and operate die-cutting machinery according to job specifications Read and interpret work orders, blueprints or production schedules Work with a team of 3 to accurately set-up die and maintain production schedule Install and align dies, cutting forms, and machine tooling Adjust machine & settings for speed, pressure, cuts and alignment Monitor production to ensure product quality and consistency Use specialized quality measurement tools Use scales and shrink wrap machines for finished goods Inspect finished products and packaging to verify accuracy and quality standards Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting Identify and report mechanical or operational issues Maintain proper documentation of production output and machine performance Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work area Performs other job duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Must have a high school diploma or a G.E.D. (technical training preferred) Experience operating die-cutting or similar manufacturing machines Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Ability to read measuring devices (calipers, rulers, gauges) Basic understanding of production processes and quality control Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good communication skills

3 years (Preferred) Mechanical troubleshooting: 5 years (Preferred)
