Production Operator

HTI is currently hiring Production Operators in the Seneca, SC area. Interested candidates should have prior manufacturing experience, a stable work history, and will need to pass a background check, drug screening, and interview process. Benefits for

Responsibilities of Production Operator:

Loads and unloads process equipment. Maintain acceptable housekeeping standards in the work area. Ability to work well with others to problem solve. Operates process equipment to maintain products within customer specifications. Works from specific written or verbal instructions and operating procedures requiring the application of some judgment. Set up and operate equipment related to grind, blend, sample processes, and panning operations. Follow all safety regulations. Must be able to understand and respond to various notifications, both visual and audible, unless otherwise stated by the client.

Requirements of Production Operator:

High School Diploma/GED. 1 year of manufacturing experience is preferred. Knowledge of safety regulations. Must be able to read, and comprehend work policy and instructions. Self-motivated and multi-tasker. Knowledge of proper material handling procedures.
