Production Associate

Position Overview We are seeking a Production Associate to join our team and manufacture HVAC systems for industrial applications. The ideal candidate has previous manufacturing, construction, or HVAC experience, has reliable transportation to and from work, and possesses a strong work ethic. Key Responsibilities Vacuum and charge units, program and function test control board, test for leaks and electrical parameters, document all findings for quality control purposes. Assemble air conditioning and heat exchange units in a manufacturing environment Follow blueprints or diagrams for product assembly Use power tools and hand tools during the assembly process Braze copper and light metals at joints or connection points Follow wiring diagrams to wire each unit Complete vacuum testing and fill units with refrigerant Perform final testing and quality inspection on each individual unit Package each unit using pallets, cardboard, tape, and shrink wrap Ability to operate powered industrial trucks a plus but not required Qualifications Strong work ethic Reliable transportation to and from work Previous experience in manufacturing, construction, or HVAC a plus but not required Pay Rate and Benefits This position pays $18 per hour with rapid advancement possibilities 1st

Shift:
