Apparel Production Assistant

Duties Assist with custom garment construction by operating a heat press, embroidery machine, and DTF printer. Handle heavy lifting of materials and finished products safely to ensure smooth workflow in the warehouse setting Maintain and troubleshoot embroidery machines, and other manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance Support warehouse organization by managing inventory, preparing materials for production, packaging and shipping Collaborate with team members on fabrication tasks such as design, assembly, and finishing touches for garments Skills Knowledge with experience with DTF, HPV, Sublimation, Laser, and/or Embroidery equipment Ability to perform heavy lifting safely in a warehouse or manufacturing environment Familiarity with custom apparel processes A focus on quality control and precision measurement Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail and safety standards This role is ideal for individuals eager to grow their skills in apparel manufacturing while contributing to a vibrant team.
