We are a Golf Cart Manufacturer looking for someone to be highly organized, someone who pays attention to detail and can work under pressure. Here is what we are seeking when hiring for this role.

Effective organizer who can arrange tasks and assign time wisely to meet deadlines and optimize productivity. Mindfulness toDetail:
They ensure that all logistical aspects, such as materials preparation, are meticulously managed. Someone who can excel at noticing small inconsistencies or errors, ensuring tasks are finished thoroughly and accurately, which is essential for maintaining high standards in projects.Overseeing the production process:
The organizer is responsible for coordinating the manufacturing activities on the factory floor, ensuring that production schedules and efficiency targets are met.Communication:
Someone that can communicate clearly, coordinate efforts, and often take the lead in motivating others, fostering collaboration and collective action.Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years' related experience or certifications combined Strong attention to detail and dedication to quality work Excellent teamwork, communication, and time management skills Commitment to safety, including adherence to protocols and OSHA regulations Willingness to learn modern technologies and adapt to changes Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles Knowledge of basic hand tools and hardware Understanding of quality control processes and dedication to producing high-quality products Ability to use analytical skills to effectively solve problems within the various work areas across the plant Basic computer and math skills to calibrate and measure specifications In-depth understanding of company standards, documentation process, and reporting functionsRequirements:
