Position Overview We are seeking several Sewing Machinery Operators to create the sewn fabric components of our beach chairs. This is a key role in our early-stage production environment, offering substantial opportunity for growth and development with the company. Key Responsibilities Safely operate industrial sewing machines Handle and prepare fabric materials with precision Sew, assemble, and reinforce fabrics to meet production specifications Perform basic troubleshooting (thread tension, threading, minor adjustments) Inspect stitching quality and final pieces for consistency and excellence Maintain a clean and safe work area Support production efforts aligned with Safety → Quality → Delivery → Cost Qualifications Experience with industrial sewing machinery Strong attention to detail and ability to produce consistent, high-quality work Ability to follow standardized production processes Manual dexterity and strong hand-eye coordination Reliability and willingness to grow with the company Why Join Coastsetter?
