Production Operator

Confers with supervisor on a daily basis to review production schedule. Monitors and expedites flow of materials within production areas. Notifies maintenance workers of equipment malfunctions. Understands set up procedures on all equipment. Performs troubleshooting when necessary. Must be able to fill out required reports. Ensure all quality procedures are being followed. Must be able to read a ruler. Must help with changeovers. Have the ability to problem solve and look for issues in advance. Ensure safety is a part of every job. Work as a team. Certify on three different production machines. List up to 35 to 50 lbs occasionally. Know basic mechanical knowledge. Any other duty deemed necessary by the Supervisor. Summary As a Production Operator, you will be integral to the manufacturing process, ensuring efficient production and quality control. Reporting to the Production Supervisor, you will utilize your mechanical knowledge and core skills in to operate machinery effectively. Your role will involve working with various tools and equipment in a factory setting, contributing to meeting daily production goals. With a focus on safety and quality, you will help maintain high standards in our manufacturing facility, supporting our commitment to excellence.
