Job Description
PRIMARY FUNCTION
The Production TA I is an entry-level position responsible for using a variety of hand and power tools, fixtures, work instructions, test equipment to perform a series of operations to correctly test and/or assemble electronic televisions. This position may require heavy lifting of equipment of more than 25lbs. TA I's are team players who are driven to work across designated production workstations in contributing toward assembling a television. An employee in this position works in1-3 workstations.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
70- Assembly & Team-Based Production Support Follow detailed work instructions, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and established processes Use power tools, including screw guns, to assemble or disassemble television components Perform functional tests on televisions using appropriate cables, remote controls, and diagnostic tools Identify and report issues related to quality, materials, equipment, or process flow to production leadership Comply with all quality system standards and operational guidelines set by Element TV Learn and demonstrate competency in operating machinery, including proper torque settings for screw guns Assist with machine and testing equipment setup as part of daily production activities 25•Cleanliness, Organization & Safety Compliance Maintain a clean, safe & organized workstation throughout the shift Support line productivity by completing assigned production tasks efficiently and accurately Adhere to all safety rules, policies & procedures 5•Others duties as assigned Support the production team with any additional responsibilities that contribute to overall line performance and department goals Assist with special projects as needed
SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE
High School Diploma or GED/equivalent(preferred) General production operations knowledge(preferred) Ability to read and comprehend procedures(required) Ability to work as a team player(preferred) Must be organized and thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment Must be self-motivated and be able to work with minimum supervisionKEY COMPETENCIES

Work Environment for the Production TA I Position While performing the responsibilities of the job, these work environment characteristics are representative of the environment the Production TA I will encounter. The Production TA I role is based in a fast-paced manufacturing environment that requires extended periods of standing, frequent movement, and the ability to perform repetitive tasks. Employees are expected to work around industrial machinery and may be exposed to moderate to high noise levels, varying temperatures, and occasional lifting of up to 55pounds. The position requires the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and strict adherence to all safety procedures.
