Production Associate (Manufacturing)

Job Summary 1st shift-2nd shift We are seeking a dedicated Production Associate to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the assembly and production processes within a fast-paced manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will possess mechanical knowledge, hands-on experience with factory operations, and familiarity with warehouse and assembly line environments. Key Responsibilities:

Operate forklifts safely to transport materials and finished products within the facility Assist with assembly line tasks, including assembling components using hand tools and power tools Support the setup and maintenance of manufacturing equipment to ensure smooth operations Use mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot basic equipment issues and perform routine maintenance Handle materials efficiently in the warehouse, ensuring proper storage and inventory control Follow safety protocols consistently to maintain a secure working environment Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and quality standards Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas to promote efficiency and safety Experience Prior factory or manufacturing facility experience preferred Hands-on experience with assembly lines, hand tools, and power tools Warehouse experience, including forklift operation, is highly desirable Mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot basic equipment issues Familiarity with manufacturing processes and safety procedures Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately Ability to work effectively in a team environment in a fast-paced setting If you are motivated, reliable, and eager to grow within a dynamic manufacturing environment, we encourage you to apply today.
