$18-21 / hour Job Description Position OverviewLa Crosse Forage & Turf Seed, a U.S. distributor of forage, turf, and cover crop seed, is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Production / Warehouse Associate to support daily operations in a fast-paced seed processing and distribution environment. This position is responsible for assisting with production, packaging, labeling, material handling, and order preparation while maintaining safety, quality, and efficiency standards. The ideal candidate will work well independently and as part of a team to help meet daily production and shipping goals. Job Responsibilities Work on the production line while maintaining speed, accuracy, and consistency Follow all production procedures and quality standards Verify product information and quantities using required paperwork Report any product, equipment, or quality issues to the supervisor or team lead Pick, stage, and prepare materials and orders for processing or shipment Operate production equipment, tools, and machinery safely Perform repetitive tasks related to seed handling, packaging, and preparation Build, stack, and wrap pallets for storage or distribution Apply proper labels, tags, and identification to finished product Work with team members to meet daily production and shipping deadlines Follow all written instructions, standard operating procedures, and safety guidelines Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Assist with additional warehouse or production duties as assigned Required Qualifications Strong attention to detail Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment Basic math and reading skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to perform repetitive tasks for extended periods Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs regularly Willingness to work overtime when needed #INDSXF
