Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Production Worker to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will play a vital part in assembling products on the production line, utilizing various hand and power tools, and ensuring the efficient operation of our manufacturing processes. This position offers an energetic environment where your mechanical skills and factory experience will contribute directly to our success. Duties Assemble components and products accurately on the production line using hand tools and power tools in the areas of channel letters, decoration, shipping or finishing. Operate forklifts if needed and other warehouse equipment safely to move materials within the facility Follow detailed work instructions and quality standards to ensure product consistency Conduct routine inspections of assembled parts for defects or issues Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency Assist with inventory management and material handling within the manufacturing facility Support continuous improvement initiatives by adhering to safety protocols and best practices Requirements Prior factory or manufacturing facility experience, preferably in assembly or production roles Mechanical knowledge and familiarity with assembly line operations Experience using hand tools, power tools, and warehouse equipment such as forklifts (certification preferred) Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and safety procedures Warehouse experience is a plus but not mandatory Join us in a fast-paced environment where your skills make a tangible impact! Pay:
$15.00 - $24.00 per hour
