Team Leader Paint Shop Production & Manufacturing

What you do Coordinates with other Team Leaders to prioritize daily activities and assignments based on production schedule and input from the Director Aircraft Paint Operations Maintains continuity of workflow by assigning, monitoring, and reviewing progress and accuracy of work and providing technical guidance Paints aircraft, recognizes and troubleshoots problems, and ensures that all materials are available to support assembly activities Ensures all work is performed according to applicable regulatory requirements, customer specifications, and established quality standards and procedures and notifies appropriate personnel of any deviations Trains and mentors team members to be proficient in all work assignments Provides ongoing supervision, including timecard and time-off approvals and annual performance reviews for assigned team Pilatus is hiring for the following shift: Monday

• Friday, 10:30pm
