Pay:

$21.20/hr We are seeking a dedicated Production Support technician to join our manufacturing team. This role is vital in maintaining smooth operations within our manufacturing facility by providing hands-on support for production processes, equipment, and assembly lines. The ideal candidate will possess mechanical knowledge, factory experience, and familiarity with warehouse operations to ensure efficient production workflows. Duties Assist with the setup, operation, and maintenance of manufacturing equipment and machinery, ensuring optimal performance. Support assembly line activities by using hand tools and power tools to assemble components accurately and efficiently. Operate forklifts safely to transport materials and finished products within the warehouse and production areas. Conduct routine inspections of factory equipment to identify potential issues and coordinate repairs or maintenance. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety standards and protocols. Collaborate with production teams to troubleshoot mechanical issues promptly, minimizing downtime. Support warehouse operations by managing inventory, loading/unloading materials, and ensuring proper storage. Follow safety guidelines diligently when handling machinery, tools, or hazardous materials. Assist in training new team members on equipment operation and safety procedures as needed. Experience Prior experience working in a manufacturing facility or factory environment is highly preferred. Hands-on experience with assembly lines, hand tools, power tools, and warehouse operations. Mechanical knowledge related to factory equipment, machinery troubleshooting, and maintenance. Familiarity with forklift operation and safety procedures. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality standards. Previous experience working with assembly components or in a production support role is advantageous. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
