Monday•Friday 1:00pm•9:00pm

Pay:

$21.20 We are seeking a dedicated Production Support Worker to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the smooth operation of the production line, supporting assembly processes, and ensuring safety and quality standards are maintained. The ideal candidate will have factory experience, mechanical knowledge, and familiarity with warehouse operations. Key Responsibilities:

Operate and support assembly lines to ensure continuous production flow Use hand tools, power tools, and mechanical skills to assist with assembly and maintenance tasks Safely operate forklifts to move materials within the manufacturing facility Assist in loading, unloading, and organizing raw materials and finished products in the warehouse Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment to prevent accidents Support troubleshooting of mechanical issues on equipment and machinery Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and quality standards Perform routine inspections and report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards Assist with inventory management by tracking parts and supplies used in production Contribute to process improvements by providing feedback on workflow efficiencies

Experience:

Prior experience working in a manufacturing facility or factory environment Hands-on experience with assembly lines, hand tools, and power tools Warehouse experience including forklift operation is highly desirable Mechanical aptitude with basic understanding of machinery maintenance Familiarity with manufacturing safety standards and protocols Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team If you are motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to support manufacturing operations through your technical skills and work ethic, we encourage you to apply.
