Production Worker Clarksville, TN 37040 From $18 an hour - Full-time From $18 an hour - Full-time 323 Staffing Solutions is hiring Machine Operators for one of our valued customers in Clarksville, TN. This position is responsible for operating production machinery, monitoring extrusion lines, performing quality checks, troubleshooting equipment, and helping ensure that finished product meets required specifications. The ideal candidate has previous manufacturing experience, a strong safety mindset, good attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced production environment. This is a hands-on role that requires reliability, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to maintain consistent production while minimizing scrap. Key Responsibilities As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for supporting the production of high-quality product by safely operating equipment and maintaining production standards.

Responsibilities include:

Operate production machinery and extrusion line equipment safely and according to proper procedures. Maintain a consistent level of production while minimizing scrap and waste. Perform hourly dimensional checks, measurements, machine readings, and required production paperwork. Make necessary adjustments to extrusion lines to ensure quality production. Troubleshoot machine issues and report maintenance or production concerns as needed. Stack product properly in carts and prepare finished product for handling. Band pallets correctly and according to specification sheets. Ensure shift codes, dates, print markings, ink color, and product labeling are accurate, legible, and meet specifications. Assist with product changeovers when necessary. Follow all safety guidelines, company policies, and standard operating procedures. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Perform other duties as assigned by management. Qualifications Qualified candidates should have a combination of manufacturing experience and attention to detail.

Requirements include:

Minimum of 2 years of manufacturing experience preferred. Experience operating production machinery strongly preferred. Ability to read, write, and complete basic math and measurement-related tasks. Ability to use basic hand tools, including screwdrivers, tape measures, and other common tools. Ability to follow written instructions, specification sheets, safety procedures, and production documentation. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Candidates must be able to:
