Responsibilities:
Operate sandblasting and powder coating equipment safely and efficiently Strong sense of ownership-your work matters here Learn and master tasks quickly as they are assigned Maintain a steady workflow—this is a fast-paced, non-traditional environment Stay proactive and think ahead to minimize downtime Adapt to changing priorities with a positive, team-first attitude

Compensation & Details:
PAY:
$45/hour starting pay
TYPE:
1099 contract position (no benefits), long term opportunity.
HOURS:
Monday - Thursday, 6am-4:30pm, 40+ hours weekly, paid weekly One week's paid vacation per year Opportunity to grow with a highly skilled and motivated team We are tobacco and vape free Preferred (not required)

Class A CDL Fabrication experience Leadership experience How to
