> welding techniques to join sheet metal and pipe sections securely Use hand tools, power tools, calipers, micrometers, and schematics to measure, cut, drill, and assemble materials with precision Conduct rigging and crane operations safely when handling heavy or complex assemblies on the shop floor Maintain a clean and organized workspace adhering to safety standards while inspecting finished products for quality assurance Assist in fabrication of ductwork, mechanical assemblies, and other structural components following ASME codes & standards Experience Proficiency in sheet metal working, copper plumbing Proficiency in welding techniques such as soldering, MIG, TIG, FCAW, and welding with attention to detail Hands-on experience with sheet metal fabrication, pipe threading, plasma cutting, press brake operation, and machining equipment Strong mechanical aptitude with basic math skills for measurements and calculations involved in fabrication processes Embark on a career where your craftsmanship makes a real impact!
