AMSEE Ltd. is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Press Operator to join our manufacturing team in Greeneville. This role is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining specialized conventional stamping and fineblanking press machinery to produce high-quality metal components for the automotive, hydraulic, medical, and industrial sectors. The ideal candidate will combine mechanical aptitude with a commitment to quality, teamwork, and safety. This is a 1st shift position. Monday-Friday 7a-4:30p $17/hrsalary: $17 - $17.01 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 7 AM - 4:30

Set up, adjust, and safely operate conventional metal stamping presses and fineblanking machinery according to strict manufacturing specifications. Blueprints & Tech Specs:
Read and interpret engineering blueprints, CAD drawings, and process sheets to determine job requirements, material needs, and specific tolerances. Quality Control:
Monitor press runs closely for defects or irregularities. Perform regular dimensional inspections of finished metal parts using precision instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges to ensure adherence to client standards. Tooling & Setup:
Assist with die changes, coil changes, and press setup modifications for different production runs. Ensure that all material feed mechanisms and safety guards are properly aligned. Maintenance & Troubleshooting:
Perform routine preventative maintenance on equipment (cleaning, lubricating, and basic tool adjustments). Detect, diagnose, and report any mechanical malfunctions or quality issues to superiors. Safety & Compliance:
Strictly adhere to all AMSEE internal safety regulations, lock-out/tag-out procedures, and OSHA standards to maintain a zero-injury environment. Documentation:
Keep accurate production logs, count records, and quality check sheets for tracking material usage and scrap rates.
