General Production Worker Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and motivated General Production Worker to join our team. The role involves replacing wooden pallets with plastic ones, aerating loads based on the production schedule, and performing preventative maintenance on equipment. The candidate should be able to diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues through early detection and sound analysis. Responsibilities Replace wooden pallets with plastic pallets and aerate loads prior to printing based on the production schedule. Perform preventative maintenance on equipment and troubleshoot issues by detecting early signs through sound while the machine is in operation. Read basic measurement tools and follow proper work instructions. Lift or carry 10 to 25 pounds frequently and handle a pallet weighing 40-52 pounds. Regularly stand, use hands to handle or feel objects, tools, or controls. Reach with hands and arms frequently, and occasionally walk, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Work Environment This is an entry-level position with a 3-2-2-3 shift schedule, allowing every other weekend off. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Kingston Springs, TN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
