OPERATORS, SCALE HOUSE ATTENDANT SHIFT

$18.00/ per hour Line Operators ( $20.00 on conversion with continued raises based on performance)

• Scale House Attendant
• A Scale House Operator primary point of contact for inbound and outbound trailers, managing the weighing of materials, ticketing, and customer transactions.

Operator positions all start off cleaning and it will be expected to continue even after fully trained on machines. If you're not comfortable cleaning, this is not the job for you. All will be trained on machines sooner or later, but the machines are fairly self-sufficient. So cleaning will always be expected and can include sweeping, dusting, mopping, sorting aluminum by hand, windows, breakrooms and picking up outside. PPE provided and

LISTENING TO MUSIC UNDER HEARING PROTECTION WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE TERMINATION.

Dress Code:

Jeans or pants

• no sweats or shorts.

No holes. T-shirts (shoulders must be covered) with no offensive writing or graphics. Hair must be tied back or up and no dangling jewelry. Hoodies are acceptable, but never to be work up and under your hardhat .

ABSOLUTLEY NO MOBILE PHONE OR EAR BUDS ON FLOOR.

Must keep in locker or car for breaks only. Phones allowed in pocket for emergencies but taking advantage of that during working hours will result in termination. It's for emergencies only. Drinks allowed on floor but MUST be in tin only with lid. No plastic or glass. Candy allowed on floor

Requirements:

• 25-50lbs lift and only on occasion. Team lift available and encouraged.
• 10 panel saliva required
• must pass all.
• No sexual charges, and all felonies and/or violent misdemeanors in last 7 years.
