We are seeking a full-time Skincare Production Associate to manufacture and package skincare products, and operate daily inventory tracking and management. Responsibilities, at a minimum, will include daily prep and cleanup, inventory tracking, filling and packaging, manufacturing, and stocking and rotating the finished inventory. The position is Monday through Friday from 7:00am to 3:00pm . Punctuality, reliability, and a positive attitude are absolute necessities. This role must be performed at a high level on a daily basis within a small team and is critical to operations.

Overview of Responsibilities:

Maintaining a clean and friendly workspace. Following Good Manufacturing Practices. Prepping for daily production, including staging materials, equipment assembly, packaging prep, material prep, and more. Filling containers with material, sealing/capping containers, and boxing. Stocking finished goods inventory in packing and shipping warehouse, and rotating stock as needed. Monitoring raw material inventory and communicating with team members regarding production needs. Effective and friendly communication skills with a positive and patient demeanor. Proactive discovery and resolution of potential problems, including the observation of equipment, product quality, and packaging. Must be able to lift 55 lbs, work in sitting and standing positions for extended periods of time and capable of extended manual labor on a daily basis.
