JOB DUTIES
Perform any of the Senior Winder duties and functions as needed.- Perform winding work of all types and sizes within the winding department.
- Assist with maintaining the workflow and ensure availability of proper materials and tools.
- Communicate and work within the winding team to ensure all types and sizes of windings may be produced in the winding department.
- Provide technical support and direction to all co-workers when new situations or problems are discovered.
- Determine operation sequences and methods where specifications are imprecise or vague.
- Analyzing and resolving work problems or assists other technicians in solving problems and implementing corrective actions.
- Conduct on-the-job training to assure all employees are properly trained prior to performing work or a job; assist with cross-training and job rotation schedules to enhance employee knowledge.
- Confirm quality criteria is properly inspected, verified and documented during manufacturing to ensure product meets specifications, tolerances, prints and customer order requirements.
